All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer fast shipping across India. Estimated delivery times:

  • North India: 1–2 working days

  • West India: 2–3 working days

  • South India: 3–4 working days

  • East/North-East India: 4–5 working days

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for courier delays once the product is shipped.

4. Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

6. Use of Product

Our mini mist cooler is intended for indoor personal use only. Misuse or damage caused by external factors is not covered by our replacement policy.
